John and Rita Calderon are Founders and Senior Pastors of Day3 Church. Together they planted Day3, formerly known as “New Home Foursquare Church,” on October 3,1993, opening the doors to their home. John had a literal vision encounter with God in which he knew that the love, grace and power of God was to move throughout the earth through God’s people, the Church.

Betsy Haywood is the Nursery and Preschool Pastor at Day3 Church. She has a hunger to see even the youngest children covered in prayer and prophetic declarations. As an integral part of Day3's Children's Ministries, Betsy is blessed to work with a loving staff in creating a safe and loving environment for the children.
The present move of God has brought John into a deeper understanding of making God’s presence, the worship of God, and the priority of Heaven’s agenda a model for Day3’s life and ministry. John believes that living saved but not supernatural is living below our privilege and short of what Jesus died for. It’s the model Jesus displayed in His relationship with the Father. Jesus lived by only doing what He saw His Father doing and saying. John believes we are to be Holy Spirit filled, led, empowered, and learning to recognize the Holy Spirit's presence, and how to follow His lead, to enable us to do the works of Christ. Healing and freedom must become the natural expression of a supernatural gospel once again.

Jason Michael is the Pastor of worship at Day3 Church in Los Banos, California. He has written numerous songs and has traveled extensively to conferences and churches with many of his songs becoming favorites at these events. Jason is a sought after worship leader and has a vision for equipping a new generation of prophetic
worshippers. His simple and genuine approach for God and life shows in his intimate approach to worship. Jason’s musical style has a very creative and modern sound while never losing its worship soul. Jason and Ravon have been married for 4 years and have 2 children, Harmony Grace and Kingston Jaymes.

Rita is a local businesswoman and has a call to intercession and seeing people experience the goodness and mercy of God that is an important part of the Day3 life. The Lord has given her a heart for broken people of all ages especially youth and children. Her sensitivity to the Holy Spirit and compassion for people will take her to places like the market place to the streets and taverns for the sole purpose of expressing the Father’s heart to a human soul.

Carol Souza oversees the developing and training of the children ministry staff at Day3 Church. Her duties include teaching classroom management and training up supernatural kids. Carol has a passion to see God’s presence activated in children with signs and wonders.
